I have downloaded a mobile application MobileXpression Panel since 2 months where we are suppose to collect credits and then exchange the credits for vouchers.
I have been collecting credits since 1.5 months and I collected 140 credits and I was eligible to purchase Big Bazaar voucher worth Rs.600
After a few days, I wanted to use my voucher but it showed the order status as Pended(i.e. the voucher wasn't granted to me).I emailed them, they mailed me back that they will look into it and grant me the voucher I have been collecting for months. Now It's been pended since 3 weeks and I have emailed them several times highlighting my disappointment as I really need that voucher.
Also, my friends and many relatives are facing the same issue!
I think this company is a fraud or scam.
I am really disappointed and upset with the online marketing.
