Sir, i have purchased one tone ac from oxygen, nedumangad on 11.04.2019. On purchasing the product the executive said that installation will be done with in 24 hours. So i will wait for two days but no communication is received from executive and voltas. On the third day the executive of oxygen called me and told that installation can be done with in one hour. Actually he was lying and no one reach my home for installation. Installation cannot be done still. So i decide that this product will be returned to the shop on the next day with their own cost
