I was lucky enough that my air cooler warranty got extended in in april'20 due to covid and got a free replacement for the water pump. But now i am facing problem with the water level sensor, even though the water is above the level it is buzzing around and coz of which the water pump is not working, have raised the complainant for it, let's see now. My question to tata voltas is " do you manufacture the product just with a life of 1year? After which it's the customer liability for paid services. First i thought tata products carries some good life with quality but i am highly disappointed as i have a pregnant lady at home and facing all such breakdowns. Anyone can do something in this?
