I got my accidental repair of my polo (G 12 aj 4388) at varanasi done (New india assurance co ltd, policy no.[protected]) on 24 april 2017. I was billed for rs.59418.00. I was told to pay and you get the claim in your account. But till today i. E. 16jun 2017, i have not received any communication. When contacted raipur dealer, he said no claim was made in the policy.
Kindly advise me how to proceed?
