Voltac — unnecessary charge for ac installation

I bought volta’s ac, from a shop and seller only told me that this ac is having four year warranty on compressor and one year warranty on other parts. I called volta’s care for the installation of the same but they are telling me that the installation is chargeable. And if we hire someone else for the installation the warranty will not be applicable. I request you to kindly look into my complain and provide me with the free installation. Since if the installation is done by any other person warranty will not be applicable you cannot bound us like that either you provide me with free installation or warranty should be applicable if we hire someone else for the installation.
