[Resolved]  Voltas A/c - Rite Air Cons — Voltas A/C services Worst service by RITE AIRCONS chennai

Rite Aircons Very bad customer service, no proper responsible answer for AC installation from Voltas technician or from voltas shop and even after multiple follow ups the installation is delayed a lot . Considering the good brand name I had to purchase AC from Voltas via Ratna fan house chennai, but I repent for buying it. Only before buying AC, Voltas POCs were showing support once amount was paid & AC was delivered the customer service seemed to behave very irresponsible for installing AC. initially i had LG AC which had a very good customer support for repair/installation support & kept running for 10yrs. Will recommend people whom I know not to go on with this AC brand or this Rite aircons shop.
