[Resolved]  Voltas New Ac Defective — window ac

Hello support,
We purchased a new ac on 7th april 2019.. It had issues starting up right after installation. The shop keeper sent a voltas technician who found some wires to pcb lose and fixed the problem. Today again the ac does not start at all. I raised ticket [protected].. The engineer said that the wire and display are defective and would need to be ordered. When i called the voltas franchisie they said it can take upto a month for replacement!!!

What kind of franchisee is this.. I got a defective ac and now no one even bothers to fix it...

Please help in fixing this problem.
