Urgent attention required: worst experience with volatas a& pie international kondapur. I purchased ac from a voltas & requested for installation which they said will be chargeable as installation timelines completed. Initially they sent 2 small kids & they responded we don’t know how to install we came for servicing - don’t know why wrong instructions given. Later person came from sangareddy & said 5000 + amount will be. Garages for copper rod & other as it’s on 3rd floor. When i said i will get copper rod & install ac they started playing with me that rod may not be suitable & we will bring our rod. Today not possible, tomorrow not possible... Fed up voltas to look into their servicing part specially with sangareddy guys. They are literally making all nonsense with curtomer. Was this information helpful? |
