I had bought a Voltus Water Dispenser on 4-Oct-22. As told by the sales executive service engineer will come for demo..Service Engineer came the next day and found the new machine is damaged and promised the spare will be replaced within 2-4 Working Days. it has been more than two Weeks there is no proper commitment from the Voltus.
I have been calling the service Engineer, there is no proper response.when I call the store (Danube Enterprises )from where I purchased they said they are not responsible once the goods are sold.
However, every time they only give us false assurances that a service Engineer will visit us and sort the problem out with the spare part replacement..
The machine manufacturing date is Jan-2020.. and purchased date is 14-Oct-22.
I have been given a faulty machine and false promise is given for the spare replacement.
Call centre says we are under one year warranty period.. so Spare will be replaced with free of cost.
I had not used the machine and damage product is delivered
I Request to replace me with new machine instead of the spare replacement.
I Request Voltas on this complaint forum to address our grievance and help sort out the problem with our water dispenser. Was this information helpful? |
