We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
