I have ordered a "Stripped Black" dress with order no R[protected] on 29-Th April, 2017 but the product has not yet been delivered.Please deliver the product as soon as possible.Please call on number [protected] and update regarding the delivery of the product.
Otherwise I shall cancel the order.

We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since Apr 29th. We were expecting fresh stocks of “Striped Black & White Half-Sleeve Jumpsuit[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order.

We sincerely regret the experience you have been through. We notice that you have returned the product and refund was initiated on May 12th, as per the bank’s policy, the amount will reflect in the your account within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays).
