Hi Team,
We bought a VOLTAS AC on 5th July, 2021. Attached is the receipt bill. In recent days, we observed that there is water leakage happening when using it. We have used it very rarely from the time we brought it. We have raised technical service request 2-3 times regarding the same. Technician has come twice and done cleaning. But the issue was not resolved and leakage is happening again. I am attaching the images/video of the leakage for your reference. Below is the message from VOLTAS for service request.

I am not at all satisfied with the product and the technical service provided. Hence, I am requesting for the replacement of the current product with a new one.
Please look into the matter with high priority
