I have bought a subwoofer from this company
BIC America Pl 300 which is cost 51294

They have sent me a box open item
And repacked item to me instead of new product. I have called to the customer service. They are saying it’s new. And they said they have share my contact details to senior person. I have never heard back from them.

I have placed order through customer care call, I don’t have options of return the product.

I have called and msged through Watsup couple of times, there is no response from them. Order details below.
