Same thing happened to me.. On call they mentioned 4000 rs first.. later they came to 3500 final price when asked transporting a bike from chennai to Bangalore. after they pickup the bike to their gowdown they sent a INVOICE created in a mobile app.. for 5300/- with some packing charges, state tax and GST on state tax when i asked they are saying I should pay packing charges, state tax and GST. Which they haven't mentioned over the phone. Looks like there guys are from haryana and doing business in all over India.
When I asked them to return the bike they told me pay 1500 as fine charges and come to their gowdown and pick my bike.
I'm sure they are not paying GST as they collected the money in a personal gpay account.
The delivery guy told me he will deliver at 5pm and made me wait till 11 pm.. extending every hour.
Is it possible to give a police complaint on this.
