Vrl Relocations — Cheating with insurance amount for bike delivery

Website: www.vrlcarbiketransport.com

I sent my bike from Hyderabad to Srikakulam through VRL relocations especially through contact Subhash. He initially informed me docket charges would be 4000rs for the same but after bike pickup he informed extra GST and insurance during pickup to delivery of Rs 1500 (3% of bike deprecated value of 50, 000) which I paid without any questions of total 6200rs. 370rs from invoice I deducted from the prescribed invoice estimate for charging on some unknown service tax which they agreed. Subhash mentioned me he will send invoice and insurance copy but he failed to send insurance copy even today but sent only invoice. This whole thing happened on 19th Aug 2021 and today is 29th Aug, 2021 till now I didn’t get bike delivery nor insurance copy. Now I decoded the issue after several follow-ups, bike was forwarded to Gati.com to deliver my location which they never informed me about it and Gati delivery rules says bike delivery on owners risk and there won’t be any insurance. So, VRL or especially this guy named Subhash ( his contact no. Will be there in vrl relocations site and also highlighted on http://www.vrlcarbiketransport.com/) just cheated taking 1500rs in the name of insurance but actually there is no as such charges. Subhash repeatedly informing he will send some photo copy of it but never responds again. I asked Subhash to return my 1500rs but he ignored my texts and not responded to it. Amount is not important but the feeling you get cheated by these kind of people irritates. Please going forward do not book your bike or car delivery through these sites, they simply take order from you and send the docket through Gati in the backend.
