We had sent our car from kolkata to Bangalore. The delivery time committed was 7 days for INR 10000. After 3 days the person sent us few images of our damaged car and asked us 3x the amount for insurance and car repair. We were blackmailed to pay the amount with a confirmation that we will get the car in fully working condition as was handed over. We managed to pay the amount the very next day but received the car after 25 days with engine being completely damaged. The car had to be towed to deliver it our location. When we asked for the insurance policy, the person started avoiding our calls and now has blocked our number too. We don’t have any documents for insurance for which we paid 3x the amount.
