Vsi*amazon.st — Deduction from my ICICI account in India for a monthly INR 199

My ICICI account is deducted of INR 199 on a monthly basis for more than 2 years. The same has been told to be a transaction at VSI*AMAZON.ST.
Do look into the same on priority and ensure this does not happen in future and also help to refund the deducted amount. Look forward for your prompt and positive response at the earliest.
