I ordered i8 ear pods but they gave 17 tws earpod’s... And one piece is working and another is not working... I am sending them my complaints but no one is responding... The cost is rs.1499... On there website they dint even displayed their contact no.... I need my refund please help me out... They are cheating on customers and not even responding... Please help me out for my refund

I have emailed them they didn’t respond to my email it’s been two days ... I don’t even have their contact no. In the invoice I only got there return address : i8 EarPods unitech Arcadia, Office no 814-B, Sector 49, Gurgaon, HR, 122001, GSTIN - 06AGRPK3785B2Z7 ... this is the only address which I have as their information and on their site there is no process only for return policy ... my order date is March 4 2019 and order is no is IEP79953 and invoice date is March 4 2019 and invoice no is IEP79953 and product name is i8 EarPods- dual 18 EarPods (dual i8 EarPods) SKU : dual i8 EarPods and I got the delivery on March 6 2019
