Recently our Supplier M/s. Saertex India P. Ltd., Hinjewadi, Pune Booked one tonne of material against LR no- [protected] dated 3rd November 2015 at 4.30pm. to Valiv, Vasai . While booking the material your Booking person had promised to deliver the material latest by 6th November 2015. as the material was urgent we requested to deliver in time. For your kind information till now your material has not been delivered ( 7th Nov. 2015 at 12 noon).
Yesterday we had tracked the material & came to know from Bhiwandi that material was unloaded at Bhiwandi 11.00 am But on repeated request your person was very adament & not ready to send the material to Valiv & make the delivery yesterday itself. Due to this negligence we are suffering from production & Today my 10 workers are sitting since morning due to lack of material supply.
Your Bhiwandi customer care person talks like any Govt. officer without any responsibility.
