I made my order on 18.08.17 through the boutique website and paid money online. After repeated mails regarding non delivery of the item non response was made since three months. On 12.10.17, I received a mail from boutique that product is found of out of stock and money will be refunded as soon the procedures are over.
Since then no correspondences are made from their side on the refund and I am repeatedly sending mails.
I am not willing to file case or make it worse...and feeling to resolve the issue by successfully refunding my money at earliest.
