Wajhalwar Driving School, Nagpur — Charged amount for driving license but later refused to make and amount is not refunded

I joined driving school in the month of may and paid amount for license also but still i did not get my license and now i have been told that i will not get it since nagpur is not my native place and refused to return me the amount which they have charged for license they have simply given me the trouble of visiting their office and R.T.O office four to five times i wasted my leaves for this job without any result kindly take some action as such practices can put others also in trouble.
