Purchased this mattress on october 2018 from flipkart.
Warranty claims are a farce... I raised heating issues with the mattress delivered to me, multiple times with their customer care... Time and again they ask to change the outer cover, use it for another few weeks etc etc and finally i ask a refund or replacement, they stop to respond. All they do is to simply block you in facebook and twitter. It seems their is a scam in the good number positive reviews of their products, which is evident on a simple google search. Poor customer care, faulty promises and claims. Stay away from this fraud company, they sell false promises of 20years warranty, employee terrible stupid customer care team, mattress has serious issue of heating up especially in the summers. They should offer an air conditioner along with the mattresses, now the threads are also coming out. Overall a total disaster product. Was this information helpful? |
