I have made payment of 899.99 on 1st aug 2020

This payment was made through PAYUMONEY ( confirmation received that payment is received and transferred ) by using American Express card, but unfortunately Walk in Star has not sent any mail nor SMS confirming the order .
I have been writing to them repeatedly on the 2 email on website - [protected]@walkinstar.com and [protected]@gmail.com but since 1st aug i have sent atleasy 5-6 mail no one is revering, their in no telephone number on website .
I did tweet about this issue PUYUINDIA reverted back and confirmed that payment is transfered but they can not help me more them that
I need help me either get refund, as i am not sure now what kind of sub standard product they will supply to me
Waiting to know how can you help me in this situation
