I ordered two products from them - WM8317714_1 and WM8317714_2. A clock and a table. The clock was delivered but it was not working. So I asked for replacement and it was sent again but this time the design was not as per the images in the website. So I asked for replacement again. Since then I have not heard from them. The table is not delivered yet and its been two months. There is no way to communicate with them. No one responds on whatsapp or emails. My approx Rs 10, 000 is stuck with them. Not sure what to do to get the refund from these fraudsters. Was this information helpful? |
