Dear Sir,
I worked for Wanbury Ltd, BSEL Tech Park, B-Wing, 10th
Floor, Sector-30A, Opp Vashi Railway Station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400705. I
joined the organisation on 28/01/2008 and resigned on 13/06/2011. I applied for
withdrawal of my P.F. amount in the month of November 2014 and sent duly filled
Form 19 and Form No 10-C along with cancelled cheque to Wanbury office.
After completing all the formalities Wanbury forwarded the Form
19 and 10 C to The RPFC, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, which was received by RPFC, Vashi
on 23/12/2014 (acknowledgement attached).
When I not received my P.F. amount I registered a Grievance (registration
no-SROVS/E/2015/00298) on 12/03/2015. On 26/03/2015 I got mail from [protected]@epfindia.gov.in that my claim in form 19 rejected due to difference
in name and asked to resubmit the same after rectification.
When I communicate
about the rejection to Wanbury Ltd. they replied that they have not received
rejection note communication from RPFC end.
So, kindly solve the
matter and help me to get my P.F. amount.
