I ordered a weighing machine on 15.09.2020 and on 21.09.2020 i applied for return of the machine as it was not working properly and on 23.09.2020 they picked up the machine and on 24.09.2020 refund was initiated and on 27.09.2020 refund credited to your account message came but till today after so many days amount has not been refunded
