The quality both in terms of wash and service has declined to an extent that you wonder if the clothes are actually washed or just dipped in water and dried. The service has gotten so bad that you have to remind the delivery guys that they has not returned few clothes. It's extremely unprofessional and they never ever adhere to the time they mention.
