Watchdeals.in — fastrack 3 combo wrist watch deal

I had purchased a 3 watch deal combo from this website called "watchdeals.in"
On the website they displayed 3 good Fastrack Original watches which shows its original price as Rs.9, 999/-
But on this website the offer for these 3 watches was Rs.1398/-.
I had placed the order on the website and opted for the COD mode of payment. I never got any email after placing an order which was suspicious in itself.
But two days later I got a call from Blue Dart Courier service saying the parcel is ready for delivery. When it was delivered I was shocked with horror to see those watches, they are fake. They just printed 'fastrack' on name of some local brand watch along with logo and sold. All the three watches don't even worth Rs. 200. Those are very worst in quality. Simply they are using name of Good Brand name and selling worst products. They are spoiling fastrack brand image. I want a refund for this definitely from the retailer/dealer. I have paid in cash Rs.1398/- and also should be punishable.
The address behind the parcel says "Ganpat trading, 98 MPKS2, Rohini, New Delhi."
It is some Mr Yogendra, Mob: [protected]. Cannot believe such fraudsters still live in India.
