I booked a combo of 3set fastrack watches in watchdeals.in but there is no confirmation mail or sms about my booking but after 2 days blue dart courier called me that my parcel is ready to deliver i wondered and paid rs.1398 and collected it. After opening parcel and looking i came to know i was cheated they placed 3 duplicate fastrack watches which were very dirty in it and sent to me. And i am unable to return the courier since i don't have any confirmation booking order i'd or something. Such a crime it is how the company cheeting the consumers and blue dart working such type of cheaters too so the blue dart also a cheater. Help me to take action against it.
