I already paid them for my purchase but today in the morning I received a message from any shipping company for paying 1500 rupees in cash when they will come to deliver my order. I don't understand, why I have to pay any extra money once an already paid them.
And now they are not replying my emails, I mailed them so many times.
They never reply me I pay them 1699.20 rupees through my Paytm account.
I have an order confirmation receipt and payment receipt.
