Watchler.net — wrong product delivered

Product that I received is not the one that I ordered. It's a low quality Chinese product o[censored]nknown brand. I tried calling the website but the phone seems to be always busy. I emailed them but they did not respond. I want to get my money back and return the product. My order id is 43906 dated 16/08/2018. I just found out that a company named Press Trading is seeking watches on different website like watchler.net and eloda.biz etc and sending people cheap and counterfeit products. On their website the have given their address as
New Industrial Focal Point, \
Mehta Road, Amritsar, Punjab 143001 and
FF 456, Phase-1
Mayapuri Industrial Area
With email is

Which are either wrong or they prefer not to respond to any complaints.
