Water Solution Jayanagar — aquaguard service

From water solution, # 32, 1st floor, byrasandra main road, jayanagar 1st block, bangalore 560041 we got an amc done for 5500 rs on 22nd july 2018. From the next day our aquaguard is not in working condition and if we call on the help line nos given to us ie., [protected] /[protected] no one is picking or call or if they receive they say they will send someone but wont send anyone. Its been 1.5 months of amc and no one has come to service our aquaguard. We need a refund back from them, we have the amc receipt with us. Kindly help
