Me and my family went through one of the worst and most shameful movie experience ever at a wave cinema.
I hereby demand an immediate refund for the movie show on 06 may, 1:15 pm (Show details at the end of email).

I wish to bring this unfortunate incident to wave cinema's management.
And would also bring this to media's attention about the deteriorating customer experience on the cost of lacking security controls in over-rated cinemas.
Me along with my wife & kid booked a movie show at wave centrestage mall, sector-18, noida.
The moment we entered the show, we heard continuous noise in form of hooting and unpleasant loud shouts from a gang of approx. 4 to 5 guys and 1 girl who were seated in row j or i.
Initially we were not sure what's wrong with them, they seemed to be making lewd comments to each other & over the movie scenes also.
With time, their unpleasant discussions which made the movie dialogues inaudible (Literally the movie diaglogs were low volume as compared to their volumes). And within 30 mins we came to know that all of these guys were drunk and under influence of alcohol.
There was bad alcohol smell all over the block but everybody kept silent so as to avoid a bad scene in front of their families.
Infact 2-3 families shifted to sit around front rows so that their kids dont get affected from the above mentioned cheap nuisance, everyone was uncomfortable but it made no difference to those misfits & their voices-cheap remarks-cheap acts continued bullish.
Atleast 2 whole blocks could not pay attention to the movie because of this unprecedented situation but everyone kept tolerating it for almost 1.5 hrs.
During interval, i personally went over to the security guard at main entrance 6th floor, he said he is immediately going to send in staff and get this fixed.
However even after the interval, same low level verbal communication continued by the same gang and there was 'no', literally 'no' intervention from cinema security or management in any form.
I along with 2 other nearby audiences personally went again to report this to same security guard & he assured us that he will take action this time but absolutely no difference and the movie was about to end with a dirt experience.
When it was fully an unbearable experience, we were totally unable to focus on movie and those guys & girl kept behaving cheap remarks & physical contacts to each other indecently and it was almost 20 mins for the movie to end, my wife & i stood on behalf of everyone and asked that gang to leave since it became intolerable to sit there with families and children. That very moment the entire block stood up and all shouted unanimously on those guys asking them for an immediate exit from the audi. It was then when everyone in the audi demanded them to leave that the management mr. Sanjeet etc came & then too they requested those guys to quickly leave so that it goes un-noticed.
The day is near when you will loose your customer base with the gust of wind because you may boast being a premium movie theatre but you miserably fail to deliver that kind of experience and thus business loss is inevitable.
While i strictly demand my tickets amount refunded, i also want to ask you hereby :
* how did this lapse of allowing alcoholic/ drunk people inside cinema happened?
* is the so called wave cinema security/ management so foolish to have not detected that these 5-6 people were drunk and still made their way easily inside the show?
* why no action was taken by wave cinema security/ management despite multiple complaints from so many people?
* what is the role of wave cinema security/ management, on what basis they are paid?
when i started to record a video of the staff asking them for action, they just started face-off and running away instead of admitting mistakes & explaining the lapse, take a look at pics & videos attached.
Whole wave cinema staff stood clueless and answerless running around to hide their faces,
i hope wave would use their cctvs to atleast understand what mess happened without their brilliant attention and reaction to this awful situation & preventions in future.
