Wazir X — Debited 5000 rs from the bank but not deposited I to the account

I had debited 5000 rs from my bank account into my wazir X account but it showed not deposited & the balance did not increased. I Also tried contacting the Co. But they gave no response, I have the banking transactions .as proof
