I've ordered a dress which costs 800 but they've sended wrong product which is not even matching 1% I've mailed them 20 times but still after 4 days there is no single reply.. they are not replying to the text because they are faking they're collection in the site and sending wrong products. I'm asking for refund but they are not replying I hope you guys help me through this..

I had ordered pista color kurta dupatta full set for 799 and paid but received blue cheap kurta only...did not received what I had ordered...now I am not able to complain return or refund as no information is available about wbuyz...zero customer service...this site should be banned

I have order a lemon suit with dupatta at rupee 799 but u recived a cheap white lining kurta try to find returns options but there no such a return option so plz help me out..order no#10456
