I have requested for cancellation of my allotment for residential unit no. “h-5-ff-11” on 4th floor, block no. H, tower no 5, situated in eco homes at mauza – uttar gazipur, p. S. Kashipur, south 24 parganas, west bengal and refund of my money, as per agreement signed. Realty firm not responding nor refunding my money (Around rs 6 lacs). I have sent a letter with all money receipts and have sent several e-mails to company directory who is signatory to the agreement, several e-mails to wealth management indiabulls kolkata, who has allotted my flat, with no response whatsoever on my letter and e-mails. I would request you to kindly refer to my allotment for residential Unit No. “H-5-FF-11” on 4th Floor, Block No. H, Tower No 5, situated in ECO HOMES at Mauza – Uttar Gazipur, P.S. Kashipur, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, vide allotment letter (Ref. No. GTC/2016/9621), dated 11.04.2016, obtained through CREENTECH IT CITY PVT. LTD. 1/1B, Upper Wood Street, Kolkata: 700017, India.
I have made the following payments so far towards the booking and milestones payments
1. Rs 50000/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/02049/15-16, Dated 22/03/2016)
2. Rs 1812/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/02153/15-16, Dated 28/03/2016)
3. Rs 114540/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/02328/16-17, Dated 22/04/2016)
4. Rs 114540/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/02873/16-17, Dated 23/05/2016)
5. Rs 114540/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/03114/16-17, Dated 23/06/2016)
6. Rs 210000/- (Receipt No: MR-GCEH/03386/16-17, Dated 10/11/2016)
I would request you to kindly cancel my above allotment due my personal constraints and refund my deposited amount till milestones payment made till on agreement and send the amount (after necessary deductions as applicable, namely 10% of base value, ST etc.) to my address given below.
In addition, I request you also to cancel the agreement for sale made on 24.10.2016 made between GREENTECH IT CITY PVT. LTD. and myself.
