Dear Sir/Mam
I install for the pine labs machine on 01/04/2019 having invoice no .INVO[protected]& TID NO.41456124 But after 3-4 months my machine has been deactivated without any reason.In this case, i contact with Mr.Ranjit, Mr .suraj, Mr.Shantesh Arora (inform by E-mail)and finally met with Mr.Pankush Chopra(Merchant Relationship Manager) many times in branch and also calls him many times but i am very shocked regarding the services of your (HDFC)pine labs.From last 4-5 months i contact with every person that i mentioned in mail but no one is there to sort out my problem.My company bears huge loss due to the deactivation of machine.Even I pay all the yearly rent of machine in advance .Who is responsible for this lingering on and on?HDFC Bank only focus on collecting money in advance but not on providing the service.Please look into the matter seriously.These dilatory tactics are causing grave harassment to me and my business.
