This is to bring to your notice the unethical and wrong practices of a portal by the name of www.tourtravelworld.com

This company has offices in Paschim Vihar and Moti Nagar in West Delhi and also runs similar portals by the name of exportersindia.com, placementindia.com, matrimonialsindia.com realestateindia.com & weblinkindia.net. As per our knowledge this is the brain child of a man called Sunil Gupta having a parent company by the name of Weblink India Pvt Ltd.

Tourtravelworld.com has been targetting our travel industry fraternity with promises of multiplying their business many fold by buying website and leads package from them.

They process they follow is to collect a database of Travel Industry as a whole ( Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Car & Coach Rentals etc). Start sending them emails of various packages which they offer. Call them to their huge office in Moti Nagar. Take them on a tour of the entire office showing them various departments in several floors. Taking them to a cabin where they are brain washed into believing that their business will start multiplying many folds if they buy these packages from Tourtravelworld.com

A small or medium sized travel agent or a tour operator gets mesmerized by the size of the office, no. of staff sitting there, no. of companies listed on their portal and gives in to their persistent calling and followups. These followup calls can sometime last even for more than 01 hour. So much pschychological pressure is applied that the travel agent / tour operator / car rental agency gives in to them and writes a cheque for the package they have bought. The first step is to sell them a website package, second step is to upgrade that packages to a higher category so that you are featured in top ten, last step is to buy a leads package.

After the company has fallen victim to buy the packages a website is hosted for the company (which is nothing but a customised template), list that company on their portal giving it some kind of a grading and start sending leads. They claim that all these leads are verified, authentic and genuine leads. Also they claim that these leads are exclusive and not shared with anyone else.

On the listing provided on their portal the first two mobile no's are that of tourtravelworld.com and not of the business owner. Anyone who reaches this listing calls first on those no's which they redirect to them as a business lead.

This modus operandi is going on at an all india level including The Andaman Islands and most probably Lakshwadweed Islands.

We are a group of about 30 Travel agents / Tour operators who have fallen victim to this business model. The reason is that they are sending the same leads to all irrespective of whether an agent is doing inbound, domestic or outbound. In other words they are trying to serve a non veg dish to a person who is a pure vegetarian.

When you call them to lodge a complaint instead of feeling apologetic about their behaviour they talk to you aggressivley which is directly opposite the behaviour when they were chasing you to buy their package. Also each time they connect you with a different person and not the one who had sold you the package.

Also they have trained their staff in some kind of pschycological warfare wherein they are trained to apply pressure on you to extract money from you IN THE GARB OF MULTIPLYING YOUR BUSINESS MANYFOLD.

Also all o[censored]s are of the opinion that it is their own people who are filling up enquiry forms which are disguised as VERIFIED LEADS and sent to us. If you check their reviews online on google, quora etc most reviews are positive (WHICH ARE ALSO WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN STAFF).

Also when a unsatisfied customer asks them to hand over his domain name & website as he does not wnat to continue with their services, he is told that it cannot be done and this website can only be operated thru them.

In short this portal is totally a fraud portal and we collectively request you to forward a warning to all your members not to fall victime to this company. We strongly believe that they follow the same model with their other exportersindia.com, placementindia.com, matrimonialsindia.com realestateindia.com & weblinkindia.net
