Its absolutely cheating indian customers, no staffs are behaving properly and chat service is one of the worst and the sellers are so adamant nayan garments delhi, incorrect order was sent for so[protected] by the seller and deducted from my account rs.100/- again before order the item and i confirmed with the seller through whatsapp and sent photos of the shirt for order (So[protected] and i spoke with him confirmed and then ordered through cb but still he sent me an incorrect item. And when i called again the seller was simply told me to contact customer care and when i called customer care no one is ready to give proper reply always they says will call back you within 3 hours but no one called and no reply for the mail, i don't understand there are so many problems with this company how they are running the business in india, is there any government rules and regulations are they following, is any one controlling them.
