WeChat — balance deduction

my wechat account mobile no is +91-[protected]... on 30th November today the reedem balance was Rs70 at about.. 2pm..which was gathered by daily activity.. but when i check my balance at about 4:45pm it becomes Rs20.. where was the balance...please refund it...

My we chat free recharge balance was reached till Rs. 105 after completing daily activies, and now it is showing me only Rs. 15 in my account
