[Resolved]  WeChat — Refund my balance

sir i am jyoti ranjan samal and my phone no is [protected].my we chat recharge balance is 775 R's as on 5th November 2014. But at 6.30 pm it shows that my recharge balance is 15.sir why this happen please refund my money.. Thanks
