sir i am nahid shaikh and my we chat id is nahid.shaikh46 and my phone no is [protected] my we chat recharge balance is 50 R's as on 5th November 2014. But at 6.30 pm it shows that my recharge balance is 0. sir why this happen ??? please refund my money...

wechat redeem balance was unsuccessful

I am Umesh Bhagat facing problem in redeem of my wechat balance on paytm, the redeem code was not accepted by paytm, they said that the code was expired.Without using the code how they can expired? Please resolve my issue ASAP.
