Weighing Scale Atoumatically Return From My Hometown — product return without delivery at my home address

Hii, I am sachin. I ordered the weighing scale on 6 jun its reached at jalgaon destination on 12 june 2019. but not delivered & not even team contact to me that my parcel reached out at the location. I know this all mis-delivery by tracking the product . Ekart logistics is the company which responsible for delivery of the product, but product return on 13 june 2019 as mentioned in tracking record. please inform me ASAP. Ordered no.
