Welding Shop — Nuisance, noise pollution affecting our studies during covid

There is a new welding shop just besides my house. First, of all this type of shops should not be allowed in residential areas. It's affecting our studies and work from home. We can't sit or sleep at peace during day time. It's very frustrating. Please help us
