Welding Shop — too much of noise pollution and disturbance

This shop has been installed in residential area and causes many troubles for neighbours.

Issues:-
1. Not mcd or dda approved, thus no liecense
2. Causes too much of noise pollution
3. Health issues due to emmiting harmful gases and fumes.
4. No taxes paid
