I had purchased Welspun Click-N-Lock Vogue Finish flooring. I had selected three different patterns from the Vogue Finish.
During installation on 11th April 2022, the company installer told me that there seems to be some issue with interlocking of one of the pattern, attached is the video.
Since that day I have been in continuous follow-up with Mr. Amit and Mr. Swapnil at Welspun for replacement of faulty material or refund if replacement is not possible. It is been almost 2 month now, there have been NO visit by any company executive to check the material. Now, after 2 months Mr. Swapnil had bluntly told me that the Company cannot give any refund or replacement.
