2 bikes (Royal enfield make bullet) were booked as luggage with proper fees paid at chandigarh station for unloading at vadodara station in chandigarh goa sampark kranti express train no. Dated 18/06/16.
Train reached on time at vadodara at arnd 22:00 hours 19/06/16, but none of railway worker/parcel & luggage office employee/railway parcel office agent was seen to unload the bike.
While being approached to parcel & luggage office, response was very poor while train was still haulting on station platform 1 side.
The luggage & parcel van was sealed, we ourself were not in a postion to unload the luggage bikes, no help or direction was received from railway office.
We striclty condemn the vadodara commercial office-parcel & luggage section response, way of working & negligence.
