Western Railway Pay And Park — no contractor for western railway pay-and-park at Goregaon East station

I used to pay Rs 500 in advance for parking two wheeler at Goregaon (E) station. I paid the amount for 26-Nov-2013 to 25-Dec-2013 on 26th November. However, since 1st December, there is no one available from the contractor team. it is being said that the contractor's contract has expired and it is not renewed. What happens to consumers like us who have made the payment for the month and are unable to use this service? Shopkeepers are advising us not to park our vehicles there as per them, there are some hooligans frequenting this area during the day and at night. Please help
