I bought a fully automatic washing machine 3 year ago. Now it's not working. It's almost 5 months since I complained about it but no service is provided till now. Even I contacted its main office at Delhi but they are also not providing any solutions. I suggest to consumers not buy such products if these are not able to provide services, otherwise it will be wastage of money.
