Hi,
I along with my wife came to your store last saturday.
Amount swiped - Rs. 4152
Credit Card - ICICI Bank
Name - Biplove Kumar

Store - Forum Mall, Bangalore
Date : 20th June'2015
The money was credited once after the swipe and the lady at the billing desk with a flat face said it is not done.( Name of the lady - Amala )
Then came some manager named Murli, he checked some randon stuffs on the billing machine, generated few papers out of it and then told me to swipe the credit card once more. he wrote it on the bill with his sign and stamp saying, if it is not credited he will refund the cash to me within one day.
Its been 6 days, I am following with its customer service guys - They are keeping me on hold for long time, when this Murli guy comes over the phone he tells his standard & mugged customer service lines.
